Advanced Division
Perfect for:
Confident dancers ready to push themselves with harder tricks and creative combos — but not yet competing professionally. You’re pushing boundaries, working hard on control, creativity and power.
Skills allowed:
✅ Handsprings, Ayesha, dynamic transitions
✅ Deadlifts, shoulder mount variations, aerial combos
✅ Fonjis, drops, flips — go big or go home!
Not allowed:
❌ No nudity permitted, 1 point deduction for nip slips and flap attacks; disqualification for brazen disregard of rules
Must Haves:
✅ 2-4 min routine
Note:
Maximum two (2) human props permitted, they must add value to your performance and not distract from it
Keep it clean, safe, and smooth! Your entries and exit count!
If you're an instructor, paid professional or have previously placed in a graded/stage comp, check out Classic Division instead.
Entry Guidelines

Beginner Pole Division
Beginner Pole Dancers including those that are inverting.

Intermediate Pole Division
Intermediate Pole Dancers excluding those that are not shoulder mounting or completing Ayeshas and Iron X.

Advanced Pole Division
Advanced Pole Dancers excluding Elite Moves or Flex.

Classic Pole Division
Open to all Pole Dance levels, must wear heels and remove an item of clothing.
