Ready to show us what you've got? Before you hit record, take a moment to check out the video entry rules. We want to see you at your best, so here’s how to make sure your submission shines:
1. Show Us Your Style
Division Matters: Your video should clearly reflect the division you’re entering.
Classic Division: Showcase a sexy routine in heels that embodies the spirit of this category. It’s all about style, not just tricks!
Story Division: Your routine should tell a story. Include a short written description with your video that explains the narrative.
Pole Variety: We love to see versatility! Use both the spin and static poles in your routine. Stage poles are perfect for your video submission.
2. Timing & Format
Length: Your video should be between 2-4 minutes long. Just enough time to wow us!
One Take: Submit one continuous video – no cuts or edits, including music dubbing please. We want to see your unfiltered awesomeness.
3. Upload Instructions
Video Hosting: Upload your video to YouTube, Dropbox or Google Drive and share the URL with us. Please don’t email the video file directly – our inboxes can’t handle all that talent!
4. Age & Quality
Recency: Your video must be less than 6 months old. Keep it fresh and current!
Quality Counts: A clear video can make all the difference. Avoid dim lighting, and make sure we can see your face and those expressive facial moments.
5. Entry Limits
One Per Category: Submit one entry and one video per category. We want to see your best shot in each!
Ready, Set, Record!
Follow these guidelines, and you’ll be set to impress! We can’t wait to see your creativity and passion in action. Good luck!

Residency: Competitors must reside and train in the beautiful state of Queensland, Australia. Keeping it local and lively!
Performance Duration
Time Limit: Your routine should be a show-stopping 3 minutes 30 seconds or less (no. shorter than 2 minutes 30 seconds). We know you’ve got moves for days, but let’s keep it short, sweet, and sensational!
Pole Configuration
Stage Setup: Get ready to spin on the stage left pole (spin mode) and bring the drama on the stage right pole (static mode). (P.S. Check out the photo for the full setup!)
Category Specifics
Stick to Your Lane: Make sure you’re entering the category you’re eligible for. Rules are rules, even for royalty! 👑
Guideline Compliance: Each category has its own set of guidelines. Whether you’re spinning, climbing, or twirling, stay within the boundaries of your category. No sneaky moves that aren’t allowed (unless you want to be penalised)!
Division Details: For the full scoop on what’s allowed (and what’s not), head over to the division pages. We’ve got all the deets there.
