Intermediate Division

Perfect for:

You’ve been training a while, have solid technique, and want to bring more aerial tricks and combos to your performance. Confident dancers ready to push themselves with harder tricks and creative combos who are not yet competing professionally.

Skills allowed:
✅ Aerial inverts, Choppers, inside/outside leg hangs
✅ Butterfly, shoulder mount, extended tricks
✅ Climbs and Basic Aerial Combo’s
✅ Floorwork, flow, sass, or storytelling
✅ Flow and character work
✅ Shoulder mounts (assisted or grounded)
✅ Must use both Spin and Static during performance
✅ Pole Dancing Boots, Sandals or Sneakers are optional
✅ Removal of a clothing item is optional, can go down to g-string and nipple pasties


Not allowed:
❌ Elite Moves, Flex or Dynamic Power Moves
❌ Handsprings or ayesha
❌ Fonji, flips, or deadlifts
❌ Professional or semi-pro competitors
❌ No nudity permitted, 1 point deduction for nip slips and flap attacks; disqualification for brazen disregard of rules

Must Haves:
✅ 2-4 min routine

Note:

  • Maximum two (2) human props permitted, they must add value to your performance and not distract from it

  • Winner will not be permitted to compete in Intermediate Pole Division the following year, winner will automatically progress to Advanced Pole Division

  • Keep it clean, safe, and smooth! Your entries and exit count!

  • If you're an instructor, paid professional or have previously placed in a graded/stage comp, check out Classic Division instead.
