DIVISIONS
At Royals, we’re all about celebrating growth, confidence, and your moment to shine. Here's how to choose the division that best fits your skill and comp experience:
Beginner Division
Perfect for:
First-time competitors or newer pole dancers who are confident with foundations and ready to slay the (studio) stage.
The focus of this division is on your cleanliness and execution of your tricks, not the difficulty of your tricks. You must adhere to beginner level tricks (see division details for guide on tricks).
If you are an instructor or paid professional, please review our Classic division.
Intermediate Division
Perfect for:
Confident dancers ready to push themselves with harder tricks and creative combos — but not yet competing professionally.
The focus of this division is on your cleanliness and execution of your tricks, not the difficulty of your tricks. You must adhere to intermediate level tricks (see division details for guide on tricks).
If you are an instructor or paid professional, please review our Classic division.
Advanced Division
Perfect for:
First-time competitors or newer pole dancers who are confident with foundations and ready to slay the (studio) stage.
The focus of this division is on your cleanliness and execution of your tricks, not the difficulty of your tricks. You must adhere advance level tricks (see division details for guide on tricks).
If you are an instructor or paid professional, please review our Classic division.
Classic Division
Perfect for:
Queens who love that heel clack, hair flick, and sultry storytelling. This division is all about mood, sensuality, and owning the floor like a boss.
Open to all skill levels — but tricks should match your ability and be performed safely and cleanly (see division details for guide on tricks).
If you are an instructor or paid professional, this ones for you!
